Configurations and Custom Components
While every BIBO filter system uses only industry-standard 24x24 and 24x12 filter sizes (and on the odd occasion, 12x12 filters), almost every BIBO filter system incorporates any number of custom features or accessories. IAS/CTC can accommodate airflows from 100cfm up to 40,000cfm in a single filter system, and add in any of the following components with their filter housings:
- Horizontal or Vertical airflow arrangements
- HEPA, HEGA and Combination Filter Housings
- High-Pressure, High-Temperature, Nuclear and other specialty filter applications
- Circular (CCD) or Capsule/Oval (RCD) Flat-Blade Bubble-Tight Dampers
- Manual, Electric or Pneumatic damper actuators
- Factory Mounted BIBO assemblies with Utility-Set Fans, all on a 304SS Skid Base
- Transition, Spool and Test sections with specialty ports, valves and manifolds
- Differential Pressure Gages, Switches and Transmitters from Sensocon & Dwyer
- Factory Double-Wall Insulation for Outdoor/Rooftop Installations

Meeting CSA Z317.2:24 Standards
CSA Z317.2 is the Canadian standard for Special Requirements for HVAC Systems in Healthcare Facilities. The standard is updated every 5-years, with the latest update put out in 2024 as Z317.2:24. Since the 2010 revision of the standard (CSA Z317.2-10), exhaust air from critical areas, specifically Airborne Isolation Room (AIR) systems must have complete redundancy to ensure 24/7 operation.
