- Centrifugal Exhaust Fans & Exhaust Silencers

- Integrally mounted or remote mounted fans and exhaust silencers are both readily available for use with any type of dust collection system depending upon application requirements. Proper selections are made for each individual application.
- Inlet Isolation Valves

- Also commonly referred to as No-Return Valves, these dampers prevent explosive forces from travelling back up the ducting to the workspace. NFPA 69 recommendations state that unless an explosion suppression system is being used, that these valves must be used with any dry dust collection system that is collecting an explosive dust.
- Spark Detection Systems

- Infra-Red detectors installed in the inlet ducting coupled with spray nozzles an abort damper and a control panel offer protection to the dust collector should a spark or ember enter the ducting.
- Motor Control Panels

- Every dust collection system requires controls to manage the functionality of its various components. Control panels can be a simple on/off switch or one encompassing many different control features including a PLC, a soft-starts or a VFD. We offer c-ETL-us certified panels with all our systems.
- Emission Monitoring Systems:

- Emission monitoring systems will advise of any dust bypass that may occur through a dust collection system. Signals can be sent back to the control panel provide warnings or even shut the system down if required.
- HEPA After-Filter Housings

- HEPA filtration will ensure that any dust that may bypass the dust collector will be captured to prevent recirculation back into the building. Can be used in conjunction with the emission monitoring system.
